Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese spiritual practice rooted in the teachings of Mikao Usui. The word means "Universal (Rei) Life Force (Ki)" and refers to the energy that underlies all forms of life.
The Essence
The system of Reiki is a path to rediscovering your true self. Through consistent practice of its elements we soften the layers of conditioning and return to our innate wholeness.
As a Reiki practitioner, I work as a channel for this energy. Through gentle hand placements on or above your clothed body, energy flows where it's needed most, supporting your body's natural capacity to heal and restore balance.
This practice is non-invasive, gentle, and rooted in the understanding that healing happens when we rest in our true self—the state of being that is spacious, compassionate, and free from duality. Whether you're navigating acute stress, chronic tension, or simply seeking deeper well-being, Reiki offers a grounded path back to balance.

Yoga Nidra: Deep Relaxation
Yoga Nidra guides us to an essential state of deep rest through its unique techniques. Imagine twenty to thirty minutes of doing nothing—just pure, deep surrender. It is in these moments of profound relaxation that our minds and bodies truly recover and restore.
This practice embodies the concept of non-doing, a SURRENDER to the unknown. As the practice deepens, superficial desires fade and a profound sense of peace emerges. Intuition sharpens, the mind clears, and creativity flourishes—reminding us that deep, restorative rest is our birthright.
Awakening from Yoga Nidra, practitioners carry the sweetness of their TRUE NATURE and the peace of samadhi back into daily life.
In Sanskrit, "nidra" means SLEEP, but this practice delves much deeper, guiding practitioners on a meditative journey into PEACE BEYOND WORDS. The word "nidra" also means "void" and "reveal," hinting at the mystical journey of discovering new aspects of existence.

In today's overworked and often overwhelmed society, Yoga Nidra offers a refuge. When we experience inner tension, restlessness, or chronic sleep deprivation, this practice gently guides us back to balance. Many of us find far less rest than we need, which impacts our overall health and well-being.
Yoga Nidra not only compensates for this lack of rest but fosters a deep state of relaxation that allows us to reconnect with our true nature. While I don't make healing promises or use exaggerated language, I am deeply convinced of the transformative power of this practice—it reveals the radiant essence within.

The practice of meditation is about waking up to the now—releasing the tendencies and cloudiness that prevent us from experiencing a cosmic state of awareness and boundless joy. In my experience, meditation points us toward IMMERSING ourselves in our natural state of being. It's an experience in GRACEFULLNESS. This means we can't force it; we can only be it.
When we follow a mindfulness protocol and try to silence the mind, we're still doing and trying, not being. So what is the path? Falling in love with the joyful play of immersing in BEING.

I work with tantric meditation practices that foster clarity, presence, and remembrance of the true self, dissolving the illusion of separation. These practices help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, release patterns that no longer serve you, and live in alignment with your deepest truth. Space for silence is carefully preserved to facilitate the meditation experience.
